TERMS OF SERVICE

The deal,
in plain words.

These are the terms for using Betograpy: our website, the consultation, the dashboard, Auto Marketing, websites we build, and The Real Talk newsletter. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. Our ethics and privacy policy is part of them.

Last updated November 1, 2026. Betograpy, Walnut Creek, California. Questions: info@betograpy.com or text (510) 833-8838.

1. What Betograpy does

Betograpy is a small business marketing service. We analyze a business (the consultation), give it a dashboard with a Growth Score and a to-do list, build websites, and, on a monthly plan, run its marketing: Google Business Profile posts, blog articles, social media posts and SEO tracking. Much of the writing and design is made with AI tools and checked by our system before it posts.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and allowed to act for the business you sign up.
  • Give us true information about your business. We use it to write about you, so wrong facts lead to wrong posts.
  • Keep your login to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

3. Payments, refunds and cancelling

  • Prices are shown before you pay. Payments run on Stripe, and your card number never touches our site.
  • The consultation is paid once. If you are not happy, you can get a full refund within 7 days of buying it: email refunds@betograpy.com with the email you used at checkout.
  • Monthly plans renew each month on the same card until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your dashboard or by email; the plan stops at the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund partial months.
  • Any special or founding price and how long it lasts is shown at checkout. We email you before a price changes.
  • If a payment fails, we pause the automatic work until it is fixed. We never delete your content for a failed payment.

4. Who owns what

  • Your business stays yours. Your name, logo, photos, reviews, texts you give us, and your Google, social media and website accounts belong to you.
  • Your domain is yours. When we register a domain for your website, you are its owner, and we transfer it to you free if you leave (you pay only an unpaid renewal at cost).
  • Posts and articles we publish for you are yours to keep and use.
  • The website design and code we build is Betograpy's work. If you leave, you can buy it for a one-time fee written in your agreement before you pay. Your content and domain come with you either way.
  • Betograpy's own software, dashboard, templates and brand stay ours.

5. Connected accounts (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and others)

  • When you connect an account, you let Betograpy read the data and post the content described on the connect screen, for your business only.
  • We post only to platforms you connect and leave switched on. You can switch a platform off, or disconnect it, any time in your dashboard.
  • Each platform's own rules also apply (for example Google's, Meta's, LinkedIn's and TikTok's terms). We follow them, and so must the content you ask us to post.
  • What we do with that data is in our privacy policy. We never sell it.

6. No promised results

We work to make your marketing better, and your dashboard shows what changed. But nobody controls Google, social media or customers, so we do not promise rankings, a number of customers, or any income. Numbers we show are measured from your connected accounts, and sample numbers are always labelled as samples.

7. Fair use

  • Do not use Betograpy for anything illegal, misleading, hateful, adult, or that copies someone else's work.
  • We may refuse to publish content that breaks these rules or a platform's rules, and we may close an account that keeps doing so.
  • Do not try to break, overload or copy the dashboard or its data.

8. The Real Talk newsletter and the free Local Spotlight

  • The Real Talk is free. Stories come from the outlets named on each one; the short Takeaway notes are written with AI and are not advice. You can leave any time from the link in every email.
  • The free Local Spotlight is for Bay Area businesses. Businesses take turns, so there is no promised date, and paid sponsors sometimes use the spot. You can change what we say about your business, or ask us to remove it, any time.

9. If something goes wrong

We fix mistakes we make as fast as we can. Betograpy is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profits, or for problems caused by Google, social media platforms, hosting companies or other services we do not control. If we are ever responsible for a loss, the most we owe is what you paid Betograpy in the 3 months before it happened.

10. Ending the service

You can stop any time. We can stop serving an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why. When the service ends, posting stops, your content and domain stay yours, and you can ask us to delete your data: we do it within 30 days and confirm it.

11. Changes and the law

If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and email account holders about important changes before they apply. These terms follow the laws of the State of California.
