Todos Santos Plaza
Somebody is on Salvio choosing between you and two places within a block. They check hours, three reviews and photos, then walk in.
Half the Concord cards I open inherited a Walnut Creek suite from an old designer. That one line is why two weaker shops outrank a better one on Clayton Road.

THE FREE CHECKER, NOT A CONTACT FORM
It reads your live pages and gives you the list in about a minute. No signup, no card, no call. Plenty of Concord owners fix it themselves from here and never contact me, which is a fine outcome.
READ THIS ONE AT A TIME
Businesses whose footer still says Walnut Creek. Scroll and each corridor comes up on its own.
Somebody is on Salvio choosing between you and two places within a block. They check hours, three reviews and photos, then walk in.
Six o clock, still driving, brakes or dinner. Wrong hours and they are at the next pin before you finish loading.
Long stretch, mixed trade. People search the street name as often as the city, and almost nobody targets it.
Traffic passing through to somewhere else. Same words, different intent, and worth a different page than the plaza.
WHAT I CHECK FIRST
Every Concord audit starts here, and the order matters. Fixing the third before the first is how money gets wasted.
The primary category, your real hours, the service area, and photographs that look like Clayton Road rather than a warehouse in Tracy. This is the cheapest thing on the page to fix and the one that moves the map pack.
Every duplicate that still carries an old phone number or a Walnut Creek address. Correcting the Google listing does not correct the copies, and the copies are what keep contradicting you.
The page title has to name the trade and the city. If the browser tab still says Home, you are not competing for "brake shop Concord" no matter what the rest of the site does.
THE NEXT STEP IS FREE
The scanner runs those same checks against your live pages and gives you the list in about a minute. No signup, no card, and plenty of Concord owners fix it themselves from there and never contact me. That is a fine outcome.
Almost every Concord business I audit has the same defect, and it is not the website. It is an address. A designer or a directory submission put a Walnut Creek suite on the record years ago, and it has been copying itself across Yelp, Apple and Bing ever since.
That single line decides the map pack. Google reads proximity, and a card that claims to be in another city is a card that competes in another city. Fixing the original listing does not fix the copies, and chasing the copies is most of the actual work.
So the order for Concord local SEO is: prove the address, clean every duplicate that disagrees with it, then worry about content. Doing that in reverse is how businesses spend a year on blog posts and never move.
Google Business Profile cleanup, directory and citation correction, page titles that name Concord rather than the Bay Area, and keyword work aimed at Clayton Road and Monument rather than the whole 680 corridor.
What I would not sell you here: links, a blog nobody reads, or a package that promises a position. Concord is one of the least contested markets in the East Bay right now, which means the basics are usually enough, and paying for more than the basics is waste.
Profile fixes can show in two weeks. Rankings take three months.
There is no version of this where Concord rankings move in a fortnight. What moves quickly is the listing, and that is where I start for exactly that reason.THE ONE CLIENT I CAN SHOW
A Bay Area transport company, five months of work, then a deliberate stop to see whether it held. It did, and it is still not page one. Both halves are on the page.

CONCORD QUESTIONS
Usually an old web designer or directory submission that used their own address. It then copies itself across Yelp, Apple and Bing. Fixing the original does not fix the copies, which is most of the work. see all service areas ↗
Yes, for now. Fewer agencies compete here and the search volume is real. That gap is the whole reason I would start a Concord business on local SEO before anything else. check your own listing ↗
Usually not. Most Concord businesses I look at need the profile fixed and four page titles rewritten. That is a week, not a rebuild. see web design ↗
Profile changes can show inside two weeks. Website rankings take about three months. Anyone quoting faster is guessing. see a real timeline ↗
Three hundred dollars a month, cancel whenever you want. That covers the audit, the fix list and the work itself. Web design, Google Ads and photography are quoted separately on their own pages and never bundled in quietly. see the ads page ↗
Then I tell you, and we stop. I report from your own Search Console so you are reading the same numbers I am, and if I do not think I can move your rankings I will say so before you pay rather than after twelve months. check your own listing ↗
