Betograpy Ethics and Privacy Policy
I believe your brand data is sacred. Here is exactly how I protect your information and manage our professional relationship.
Your Data
is Secure.
I never sell your email or phone number to third parties. Every form you fill out on this site is encrypted. Your raw project files and SEO passwords stay on private, local hardware—never on unverified cloud servers.
Total
Confidentiality
Your "Secret Sauce" is safe. I never share your private marketing strategies, unreleased photos, or sales data with your competitors or other clients.
You Own
Your Image
I value your privacy. No photos of you, your team, or your family will ever be used on my social media or portfolio without your written permission.
No "Fake"
SEO Tricks
I only use honest, "White-Hat" SEO. I don't use spammy bots or deceptive redirects that could get your website penalized by Google in the long run.
Talk To
The Owner
When you hire me, you get me. There are no sales reps or junior managers. You have a direct line to the person actually doing the work.
Right to
Be Forgotten
Once our project is finished and paid, you can request a "Data Purge." I will permanently delete all your raw assets and login info from my system.
AI Market
Analysis Tool
AI Market Analysis Tool Our AI-powered business analysis uses publicly available data from Census, Google, and industry benchmarks to help you understand your market. Here's the real talk: this is for information and strategy ideas only. It's not professional legal, accounting, or business advice. Before you make any big decisions based on what you see in the report, talk to a lawyer, accountant, or business consultant who knows your specific situation. The analysis looks at data that's available to anyone and makes educated guesses. Market conditions change constantly, so what we show you is basically a snapshot of right now. Information about your competitors comes from public sources. The money projections we include are not guarantees, they're just estimates. Different businesses will see different results depending on how much they actually follow through and how their market moves. You're responsible for deciding if the recommendations make sense for you. You should always talk to professionals before making important business decisions. We can't promise that our market data will be 100 percent accurate, that competitor information will be complete, or that if you follow our recommendations you'll get the results we projected. Business is complicated and results depend on many things we can't predict. If you're not happy with the analysis within 7 days of buying it, we'll give you your money back. No questions asked. Just email [email protected] and we'll process it within a day or two.
A Personal Promise to You
Because I run a small, high-performance studio, I am personally responsible for every result. I treat your business growth with the same care as my own.

IP Ownership & Licensing
Except where "Work-for-Hire" is explicitly executed, Betograpy maintains statutory copyright. Clients receive an unrestricted, worldwide usage license upon final reconciliation. We legally safeguard your "Aesthetic DNA" against unauthorized derivative works.
Trade Secret Classification
Technical SEO audits, market positioning reports, and unreleased content calendars are classified as proprietary "Trade Secrets." Disclosure to competitors is a breach of fiduciary duty under UTSA standards.

Incident Response Plan (IRP)
In the rare event of a data incident, our IRP activates within 60 minutes. Clients are notified under CA Civ. Code § 1798.82 protocols. We maintain a strict "Data Burn Policy" for redundant production logs every 30 days. Your intake data is processed by Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude APIs solely to generate your report. Neither service stores or trains on your data under our API agreements.
Strategic Data Integrity
I prioritize local encryption over unverified cloud storage. Your raw files and campaign backend credentials stay on private, hardware-locked environments to ensure 100% security throughout the production cycle.
AI Analysis
Data.
Your Information During Analysis
When you chat with our AI consultant, you share information like your business name, what you do, where you're located, how much money you make, details about your customers, and the challenges you're facing. We keep all of those conversations safe and secure.
How We Keep Your Data Safe
Everything you share is stored in Google Drive with the same encryption and security we use for all our Betograpy services. We never share your business information with competitors or other clients. It stays with us and stays private. After 90 days, we permanently delete all your data from our system. The email with your report link expires after 30 days, so you have a month to download it if you need it later.
Your Rights and Our Guarantee
You have the right to ask us for a copy of everything we have about you anytime. You can also ask us to delete all your data, and we'll do it within 24 hours. If you want your analysis as a PDF file, we'll send that automatically. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of buying the analysis, we'll refund your money with no questions asked. Just email [email protected] with the email address you used when you bought it. We'll process the refund within a day or two. You get to keep the report itself because it's a digital product we can't take back, but your money comes back to you. After 7 days, the refund window is closed. For privacy questions, email [email protected] or call +1 (510) 833-8838.
