What happens to
what you tell us.
Everything you share, from the intake questions to your connected accounts, is used to run your report and your dashboard. Nothing else.
- Never sold. Your email, phone number and business data are never sold or rented to anyone.
- Sent encrypted. Every form on this site travels over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.
- Kept private. Your files and account data live in private, access-controlled Google Workspace storage, never shown to other clients.
- Paid safely. Payments run on Stripe. Your card number never touches our site.

No photo of you, your team or your family is used on my social media or portfolio without your written permission.
No fake SEO tricks
Only honest, white-hat SEO. No spam bots, bought links or deceptive redirects that could get your site penalized by Google.
You talk to the owner
No sales reps and no junior account managers. You have a direct line to the person actually doing the work.
Right to be forgotten
Ask, and everything we hold about your business is deleted: files, answers, connected accounts and sign-in keys.
Honest AI reports
The AI market report reads public data and gives a snapshot of right now. It is strategy, not legal, tax or accounting advice.

What happens when you connect your Google account to your Betograpy dashboard at betograpy.com/dashboard. Connecting is always your choice, and you can disconnect at any time.

How we use it
- Only to run the features in your own dashboard: reports, scores, your to-do list and the posts in your plan.
- To write plain-English advice and review replies, we send only the parts needed (for example your top searches, or the text of one review) to Google's Gemini AI service.
- We never sell your Google data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train or improve AI models.
- A person at Betograpy looks at your data only when you ask for help, to fix a problem with your account, or when the law requires it.
Who else sees it
- Only the services that run your dashboard: Google (Sheets and Apps Script store and process your account data, Gemini writes the advice) and Cloudflare (delivers the dashboard pages to your browser).
- Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Where it is kept, and for how long
- Your Google sign-in key and the numbers we pull are kept in a private Google Sheet for your business, inside Betograpy's Google Workspace account. Only the Betograpy system can open it.
- We keep the numbers while your account is open, so your dashboard can show change over time.
- Disconnect Google in your dashboard (Settings, Connections) and we delete your sign-in key right away. If you cancel your plan, every connection is removed.
Remove our access yourself
- Any time, from your Google account: myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- For YouTube you can also use security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
- To delete everything we have about your business, email [email protected]. We delete it within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
Our YouTube feature uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy also applies.
Betograpy's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Not happy with the consultation within 7 days of buying it? Email [email protected] with the email you used at checkout. Refunds go out within a day or two. You keep the report.
You can use what we make
Once paid, you can use the reports, posts, photos and videos we make for your business, anywhere, for as long as you like. Your plans and reports are never shown to anyone else.
If something ever goes wrong with your data, we tell you without delay, as California law requires. Auto Marketing subscribers can cancel any time from the dashboard.
