Except where "Work-for-Hire" is explicitly executed, Betograpy maintains statutory copyright. Clients receive an unrestricted, worldwide usage license upon final reconciliation. We legally safeguard your "Aesthetic DNA" against unauthorized derivative works.

Technical SEO audits, market positioning reports, and unreleased content calendars are classified as proprietary "Trade Secrets." Disclosure to competitors is a breach of fiduciary duty under UTSA standards.

We maintain a strict "Data Burn Policy" for redundant production logs every 30 days. Your intake data is processed by Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude APIs solely to generate your report. Neither service stores or trains on your data under our API agreements.

How We Keep Your Data Safe
Everything you share is stored in Google Drive with the same encryption and security we use for all our Betograpy services. We never share your business information with competitors or other clients. It stays with us and stays private. After 90 days, we permanently delete all your data from our system. The email with your report link expires after 30 days, so you have a month to download it if you need it later.
Your Rights and Our Guarantee
You have the right to ask us for a copy of everything we have about you anytime. You can also ask us to delete all your data, and we'll do it within 24 hours. If you want your analysis as a PDF file, we'll send that automatically. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of buying the analysis, we'll refund your money with no questions asked. Just email refunds@betograpy.com with the email address you used when you bought it. We'll process the refund within a day or two. You get to keep the report itself because it's a digital product we can't take back, but your money comes back to you. After 7 days, the refund window is closed.
